What Is A Home Inspection?
Eyeball Home Inspectors will provide you with a non-invasive examination of the home’s clearly accessible systems, however it does not include latent or unobserved conditions that may exist hidden or surface later in the future. A real estate inspection is an observation of the condition and operation of the major structural and mechanical components of a structure. The purpose of the home inspection is to determine if the components are performing their intended function or need repair or replacement. A real estate inspector is not a code enforcement inspector; therefore, the components inspected are not subject to code approval, quality certification or life expectancy. Any upgrades recommended by contractors after the home inspection should be performed at time of service. Eyeball Home Inspectors perform all home inspections in a manner consistent with industry standards. The Home Inspection is good only for the time and day of the inspection. There are no warranties or insurance policies. Damage to or failure of systems and components of the house can and do occur anytime after the home inspection.
